Adam Blair Hupp, 30, of Flat Rock, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2005, in Shelbyville.
Born March 1, 1975, in Evansville, he was the son of Bill H. and Pam A. (Wall) Hupp.
Survivors include his father and step mother, Gina Hupp of Flora, Ill.; mother, Pam A. Monroe of Flat Rock; one son, Dustin Jacob Hupp of Shelbyville; four sisters, Amber J. Hupp and April D. (husband, Doug) Swift, both of Shelbyville, Shanon (husband, Henry) Lathan of Poseyville, and Shaina Hupp of Flora; three brothers, Robert Hupp of Rosepine, Lo., James L. (wife, Melanie) Monroe II and Travis Monroe, both of Shelbyville; grandparents, Willliam K. and Gladys A. Hupp of Evansville; close friend and mother of his son, Heather L. Thomas, of Shelbyville; stepfather, James L. Monroe of Shelbyville.
Mr. Hupp lived most of his life in Shelby County.
He had been a bartender at Willie Farkle's bar.
Mr. Hupp graduated in 1993 from Southwestern High School and attended the University of Southern Indiana.
He was a U.S. Army Reserves veteran, serving as a medic.
Mr. Hupp was a Cubs fan and loved music, fishing and spending time with his son.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, Freeman Family Funeral Homes, 819 S. Harrison St.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Lewis Creek Cemetery, in Shelby County.
