Ann A. Bruner, 83, of Melbourne, Florida, formerly of Shelbyville passed away Friday, September 7, 2018 at the Indian River Center in West Melbourne, Florida.
She was born November 4, 1934, in Shelbyville, the daughter of William N. and Marjorie Carmen (Angel) Reimann. On October 7, 1956, she married William Bruner, and he preceded her in death on June 7, 2006.
Ann is survived by her daughter, Ann A. Bruner Fitzgerald of St. Paul; son, William R. “Will” Bruner and wife, Valerie, of Venice, Florida; brother, Charles William Reimann of Greenfield; grandchildren, Abigail Rose, Allison, Shawn and Melissa; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to William, Ann was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Sally Willis.
Ann graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1952, she also attended Indiana University.
She was formerly a legal secretary for the Rafferty and Wood, and Jim Matchett law firms.
Ann enjoyed shopping, River boats and trips to Las Vegas.
She loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Forest Hill Cemetery, 704 Morris Avenue in Shelbyville.
Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
