Audrey Elaine Beabout Richardson, 73, of Bokeelia, Florida, formerly of Shelbyville, passed away February 20, 2014 after a brief and brave battle with cancer.
Audrey was born in Washington, Indiana to Treva H. Callahan and William C. Beabout.
She is preceded in death by her parents and little brother, William “Billy” Beabout.
She is survived by her sister, Patricia Beabout Patterson (Tom), husband David Richardson, daughters Sheri Oury (David) and Amity-Ann Chandler, son David W. Beabout Richardson (Marnie), nephews Charlie Fischer, Nick Fischer and Bill Beabout and nieces Kimberly Beabout-Hunt and Crystal Fischer-Edmiston.
Audrey-Elaine took great joy in her great grandchildren Jayden (8), Brody (6) and Rylee (4). Her three adult grandsons, Christopher Randall, Zachary Randall (Alonna) and Michael Padilla adored their grandmother beyond measure.
Elaine did not have the pleasure of meeting her grandchild due this March; he will be the pride and joy and the first child of her baby-boy and favorite soldier, David William.
The most valuable legacy Audrey Elaine leaves with her family is her unwavering faith and belief in Jesus Christ. As a praying mother and grandmother, she was the cornerstone of each of our lives. Her absence has left us with a tremendous void that is tolerable only through the promise that we will see her again. But our citizenship is in heaven and we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ - Philippians 3:20
