Bernard B. Anderson

Bernard B. Anderson, 67, of Fairland passed away Thursday, April 3, 2008, at his home. Born April 5, 1940, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Paul E. and Esthr L. (Wendell) Anderson. Survivors include his sister, Phyllis J. (husband, William) Hurley of Fairland; niece, Tammy L. Israel of Fairland; nephew, Robert W. Hurley of Fairland; and great-niece, Tiffany Lynn Israel of Fairland; three great nephews and two great-great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Anderson retired from Chrysler Foundry in 1998, after 35 years of service. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Pastor Fred Brown officiating. burial will be in Boggstown Cemetery in Boggstown.
