Billie Louise Stout, 84, of Franklin, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006, at the Indiana Masonic Home in Franklin.
Born April 4, 1922, in Westport, she was the daughter of William Riley and Jessie (Brown) Tucker. She married John E. Stout on July 21, 1947, and he preceded her in death on March 14, 1997.
Survivors include one daughter, Mary Jo Miller of Indianapolis; two sons, John E. (wife, Barbara) Stout and William M. (wife, Debbie) Stout, both of Fairland; four sisters, Lora Bullard and Barbara Harvey, both of Indianapolis, Josie White of Fishers, and Eva June Coon of Fort Meyers, Fla.; eight grandchildren, Stacy (husband, Ed) Brown, Tracy (husband, Shane) Lewis, Chad (wife, Shra) Davis, Rhonda Davis, Becky (husband, Roger) Popp, Stephanie (husband, Corey) Alford, Johnna Stout and Kellie Thomas; and five great-grandchildren, Madison Popp, Hayden Stout, Corey Alford Jr., Loran Thomas and Wayne Thomas.
She also was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Mrs. Stout was a former Shelbyville resident.
She had been a beautician in Indianapolis from 1948 until retiring in 1975.
Mrs. Stout was a member of the Eastern Star No. 173 in Acton.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, with an Eastern Star service at 7:30 p.m., at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Broadway Chapel, 232 W. Broadway St.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens in Zionsville.
