Bonnie Bable, 76, of Shelbyville passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg.
She was born August 1, 1942, in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, the daughter of Othar and Lola (Chaney) Taylor. In July of 1983, she married Robert C. Bable, and he preceded her in death on August 9, 2013.
Bonnie is survived by her son, John Taylor and wife, Vickie, of Shelbyville; sisters, Doris Taylor, Christine Hess and Diane Leddington, all of London, Kentucky; brother, Othar “Junior” Taylor of Shelbyville; granddaughters, Jessica Ebert and husband, Jason, Chelsea Phillips and husband, Brandon, and Lindsey Taylor; and great-grandchildren, Ava Jean Ebert, Samuel Andrew Ebert, Brantlee Michael John Phillips and Rhett Patrick Tate Phillips.
In addition to Robert, Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; son, Paul Steven Taylor; sister, Berniece Trainor; brothers, James “Tate” Taylor and her twin, Bobby Taylor; and great-grandson, Jaydon Jesse Jay Noel.
Bonnie was a nurses aide at Major Hospital, retiring with 32 years of service.
She enjoyed working outdoors.
Bonnie loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon, Friday, December 21, 2018 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
Funeral services will be at noon Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
