Brayden Paul Schermerhorn

Brayden Paul Schermerhorn, 1 month, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 at St. Vincent Payton Manning Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born December 5, 2017 in Indianapolis, the son of Zachary Schermerhorn and Sarah Mershon. In addition to Brayden’s parents of Fairland, he is survived by paternal grandparents, Christina Meredith and husband, Joshua, of Manilla, Stan Schermerhorn III and fiance’, Charmaine, of Zionsville; maternal grandmother, Cynthia Mershon of Shelbyville; paternal great-grandparents, Christine Konduris and husband, Nick, of Indianapolis, Tony Tucker of Shelbyville, Stan Schermerhorn II of Zionsville, and Becky Madigan and husband, Bob, of Indianapolis; maternal great-grandparents, Shirley Lindsey and husband Manuel of Edinburgh, and Nellie Mershon of Greenfield. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Tracey Mershon. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
