Charles Monte Morrissey

Charles Monte Morrissey, 72 of Shelbyville passed away Sunday, July 22, 2007 at his residence. He was born March 10, 1935 to Charles Clyde Morrissey and Mildred Morris Morrissey. He married Beverly Jean Richardson, March 29, 1957 and she preceded him in death on August 2, 2004. Survivors include his sons; Steven Monte (wife, Linda)Morrissey of Commiskey, Indiana, Charles Dean (wife, Dawna) Morrissey of New Palestine, Indiana; daughter Jenifer (husband, Walter) Isenberg of Frankfort, Indiana; thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Morrissey was retired from Marathon (formerly Rock Island) Oil Refinery on the northside of Indianapolis in 1992. He was also in the Indiana Army National Guard. He graduated in 1953 from Zionsville High School and was a member of the Faith Fellowship Church in Greenwood, Indiana. Memorial services will be Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Faith Fellowship Church in Greenwood, Indiana. Interment was in Miller Cemetery. Services were entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Home, Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, Indiana 46176.
