Cheyenne Harley Marie Smith

Cheyenne Harley Marie Smith, infant, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. She was born July 6, 2015, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Jedadiah Michael and Heather Marie (Cass) Smith. Cheyenne is survived by her parents of Indianapolis; brothers, Tristen Allen Michael Smith and Samual Jacob Leonard Smith, both of Indianapolis; maternal grandparents, Robin and Leonard Cass of Fountaintown; and paternal grandmother, Cathy Bowman of Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Jerry Allen Smith. Private family services will be observed. Services entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
