Donna F. Scott

Donna F. Scott, 70, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 at her daughter’s residence. She was born December 6, 1943, in Lebanon, the daughter of Ralph and Jean (Rumple) Keller. She married Larry Scott in 1962, and he preceded her in death on May 10, 1992. Survivors include her daughter, Annette Scott-Croft of Shelbyville; son, Douglas Scott and wife, Jennifer, of Shelbyville; sister, Wilma Keffaber and husband, Jan, of Morristown; grandchildren, Collin Croft, Brenna Croft, Kyle Scott, Jordan Scott and Katelynne Scott. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, David Keller. Donna graduated from Morristown High School in 1961 and attended Indiana Business College. She worked in human resources at Detriot Steel Products in Morristown from February 1975 to June 2006. Donna then worked at various jobs including Major Hospital from 2012 to 2014 in the Medical Specialty Clinic and medical records. She enjoyed going to casinos and river boats. Donna’s favorite leisure activity was spending time with her grandchildren and attending their activities. She also leaves behind her dog and buddy, Sophie. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the funeral home, with Bill Farmer officiating. Interment will be at Asbury Cemetery in Morristown.
