Donna Louise Moore

Donna Louise Moore, 73, of Dale, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015 at Core Nursing in Dale. She was born May 23, 1941, in Moral Township, the daughter of Leslie and Mary Elizabeth (Sills) Andrews. She married Norman Moore on April 16, 1960, and he preceded her in death on January 1, 1998. Survivors include sisters, Shirley Gephart of Rushville and Susie Murdock of Pennsylvania; and her devoted friends, Linda and Tommie Freeman of Spencer. She was also preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Teddy Moore; six sisters; and two brothers. Mrs. Moore was a member of Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church. In her younger days, she was a member of the Church of God, where she was past president of Women’s missions; a past Sunday school teacher and sang. She babysat for numerous families in Shelbyville. Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Miller Cemetery in Shelby County.
