Donna Mae Roan

Donna Mae Roan, 87, of Fountaintown passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Heritage House of Shelbyville. She was born February 10, 1933, in Blue Ridge, Shelby County, the daughter of Paul L. and Valeska A. (Ferris) Neeb. Donna is survived by her sisters, Mary Merrick of Fountaintown; brother, John C. Neeb and wife, Trudy, of Fountaintown; and 18 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bob Neeb; and sisters, Marie McDaniel and Rosie Sams. Donna graduated in 1951 from Morristown High School. She formerly worked at Neeb’s Store at highways 9 and 52; and Western Electric. Donna enjoyed oil painting. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2020 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 124 E. North St. in Morristown. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Rev. Bill Horner officiating. Interment will be at Concord Cemetery in Shelby County.
