Emogene (Jean) Nolley, 82, of Greenfield and formerly of Shelbyville died Monday at her home surrounded by her family.
Born Nov. 10, 1936, in Rushville, she was the daughter of Louis and Josephine (Fletcher) Glover.
On May 23, 1956, she married Donald Nolley of Shelbyville. Mrs. Nolley was a homemaker and former owner of Merle Norman Cosmetics in Greensburg for a number of years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 59 years, and sisters, Sue Scheidler, Olla Kay Mummert and Becky Hamilton.
Survivors include her daughter, Beth Ray-Scott (Dave Scott) of Greenfield; sons, David Nolley of Greenfield and Kevin (Dee Dee) Nolley of Yorktow; grandchildren, Abby (Zach) Brubaker of McCordsville, Alex Ray of Ellettsville, Alex and John Garrett Nolley both of Indianapolis; sister, JoAnne Jackson of Carthage; brother, Louis Glover Jr. of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown. Burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery in Morristown. Friends may call two hours before services on Thursday.
