Evelyn Frances Knight

Evelyn Frances Knight, 89, of Shelbyville passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Waldron Health and Rehab. Born February 9, 1921, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of James Walter and Fannie (Pettibone) Knight. Survivors include nephews, Richard Knight of Ormond Beach, Florida and Karl Nordloh of Hawaii; niece, Dixie Knight (husband, Ray C.) Reedy of North Fort Myers, Florida; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Bessie Hatton, Cecil Tucker and Ruth Morrow; brothers, Earl Knight and Edward Knight. Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, August 13, 2010 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Shelby Senior Services, 1504 S.
