Florina Jean Poulton

Florina Jean Poulton, 63, of Shelbyville passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020 at her residence. She was born November 11, 1956, in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of Lafayette and Evelyn (Poggi) Martin. Florina is survived by her daughter, Angela “Angie” Arthur and husband, Thomas, of New Palestine; son, Jamie Poulton of Shelbyville; brother, Charles Martin and wife, Rhoda, of Byesville, Ohio; and grandchildren, Grant and Sydney. She was preceded in death by her parents. Florina was a 1975 graduate of Steubenville High School, she obtained her Associates Degree in nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse from Decatur County Hospital, in 2018. Private family services will be observed. Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S.
