Frederick O. McDougalle, 68, of Morristown died Monday, March 19, 2007.
Born March 10, 1939, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Cleon P. and Carolyn La Verne (Shifka) McDougalle. He married Joyce E. Riddle on Aug. 12, 1966, and she survives.
Other survivors include his daughter, Melissa K. Bowers of Morristown; brothers, Jim McDougalle, Danny McDougalle, Billy McDougalle, Henry McDougalle, Cleon McDougalle, Acel McDougalle, Ted McDougalle and Andy McDougalle, all of Indianapolis; sisters, Paula Lay and Vicky Bolin, both of Indianapolis, and Rosie Mize of Oklahoma; and grandchildren, Wyatt B. Guffey and Anjelica D. Bowers.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Marie A. McDougalle.
Mr. McDougalle had been a machine operator for Navistar for 30 years, retiring in 1989.
He had attended Warren Central High School.
Mr. McDougalle was a life member of the National Rifle Association.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Hickman officiating.
Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
