Gerald Jackson Rose, Jr., 49 of Camp Creek, West Virgnina passed away Monday, January 18, 2010 in Major Hospital.
Born May 24, 1960 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Gerald Jackson Rose, Sr. and Mary Lee (Daniels) Sansone.
Survivors include his parents; stepmother, Rachel Rose of Camp Creek; stepfather, Bert Sansone of Indianapolis; daughter, Amy; son, Jamie; sisters, Wanda "Sue" (husband, Gerald) Whitham of Fairland, Janie Sansone of Indianapolis, Robin (husband, Joe) Hess of Orange City, Florida and Nancy Rose of Camp Creek; brother, James Michael Sansone of Indianapolis; and special friend, Sarah.
Mr. Rose was a cement finisher with Welhem Construction for over 20 years.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, Nascar races and his dog "Sissy".
Mr. Rose attended Thomas Carr Howe High School.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
