James "Allen" Wolfe

James “Allen” Wolfe, 50, of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at his residence. He was born February 20, 1966, in Shelbyville, the son of James E. and Lola (McNeely) Wolfe. Allen is survived by his mother of Shelbyville; father and wife, Patricia, of Greenwood; daughter, Danielle Lynn Hall and husband, Todd, of Whiteland; brother, Ryan Allen Wolfe and wife, Maxine, of Whiteland; granddaughter, Brianna Lynn Pike; and nieces, McKenzie and Saphira Wolfe. Allen graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1984, and obtained numerous certifications in the electrical field. He was formerly an electrician at Pollard Electric. Allen was an engineer at heart, he could fix anything, often creating the parts necessary to make the repair. He was willing to help friends and family with his talents. He enjoyed Kentucky basketball, gardening with his granddaughter and spending time with his daughter, friends and family. A memorial services will be held at a later date. Services were entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Association of Shelby County, P.O.
