Jeffery Paul "Jeff" Turner

Jeffery Paul "Jeff" Turner, 51 of Finly went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at Regency Place in Greenfield. Born January 8, 1956 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Harry E. Turner and Miriam J. (Myers) Bailey. Survivors include his father, of Indianapolis; mother and stepfather, Gene Bailey, of New Palestine; sisters Sherry M. (husband, David) Meyer of Shelbyville, Donna F. (husband, Terry) Hudson of Fountaintown, Debbie E. Turner of Lebanon and Lorri Grimes of Indianapolis. Mr. Turner loved watching NASCAR racing, muscle cars, motorcycles and attending events at the Indiana Raceway Park. He graduated from Eastern Hancock High School in 1974 and attended Lincoln Technical Institute in Indianapolis for auto mechanics. Mr. Turner formerly attended Burge Terrace Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. DeWayne Felber officiating. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery in Morristown.
