Jennie Lynn Richardson

Jennie Lynn Richardson, 46, of Shelbyville passed away Saturday, November 22, 2008. Born August 13, 1962, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Ernest J. and Janet Sue (Andis) Richardson. Survivors include five brothers, Dennis Richardson, Doug (wife, Tina) Richardson, Charlie (wife, Molly) Richardson, Richard (wife, Melissa) Richardson and Bill (wife, Laura) Richardson, all of Shelbyville. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jimmy Dean Richardson. Ms. Richardson was a lifelong resident of Shelbyville. She worked at Wal-Mart between 2004 and 2006, and prior to that, she worked at the Heritage House Convalescent Center for 24 years as a qualified medication aide and certified nurse assistant. Ms. Richardson was a 1981 graduate of Shelbyville High School and an avid NASCAR fan. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Simpson officiating. Burial will be in Van Pelt Cemetery.
