Jeremy James Sadlowski

Jeremy James Sadlowski, infant, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 at Major Hospital. He was born in Shelbyville, the son of Jeffrey Allen Sadlowski and Jill Bernice (Walter) Glaser. Jeremy is survived by his parents of Shelbyville; brother, Sean Glaser of Daytona Beach, Florida; sisters, Jasmine Sadlowski and Jocelyn Sadlowski, both of Shelbyville; maternal grandmother, Carol Blair of West Linn, Oregon; and paternal grandparents, Thomas and Kathleen Sadlowski of Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, David Walter. A gathering of friends will be from 4:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Rev. Robert Campbell officiating.
