JoAnn Decker

JoAnn Decker, 75, of Shelbyville, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2005, at Heritage House Convalescent Center. Born Jan. 22, 1930, in Columbus, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Bailey. Survivors include two sons, Scott Decker (fiancee, Shelly Younger) of Shelbyville and Terry (wife, Cyndy) Decker of Greenfield; one sister, Betty Walker of Greenwood; two brothers, Robert Bailey of Evansville and Frank Bailey of Columbus; and four grandchildren, Kevin Decker and Sean Decker, both of Greenfield, Richard Younger and Rachel Younger, both of Shelbyville. Ms. Decker lived in the Shelby County area for 50 years. She retired from Palco Telecom in 1995. No visitation or services are planned. Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Chapels, 819 S.
