Joshua F. Kuntz

Joshua F. "Josh" Kuntz, eight, of Edinburgh, died Sunday, May 1, 2005, at Riley Hospital for Children, in Indianapolis. Born June 9, 1996, in Franklin, he was the son of Glen A. and TeAnn S. (Pile) Kuntz. Survivors include his parents of Edinburgh; one sister, Jenna S. Kuntz of Edinburgh; grandparents, Charles and Alice Pile of Edinburgh; two uncles, five aunts and 10 cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Barbara Kuntz Jr. Joshua was a second grader at Southwestern Elementary, where he was in Jennifer DeArmitt?s class and on the honor roll. He also studied piano under the direction of Richard Gray. He was a member of Mount Gilead Baptist Church, where he was active in the youth group and attended Sunday school. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Funeral Home, 819 S. Harrison St. Private funeral services will be Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Clapp officiating. Interment will be in Miller Cemetery, in Shelby County.
