Katherine “Louise” Clark, 88, of Shelbyville passed away Friday, June 12, 2020, at Ashford Place Health Campus in Shelbyville.
She was born December 30, 1931, in Bowling Green, Missouri, the daughter of Zeal and Verna Belle (Gaines) Dagley. On August 26, 1950, she married Donald A. Clark, and he preceded her in death on December 2, 1997.
Louise is survived by her children, Donna Blaich, Roger Clark and fiancé, Stephanie Bailey, Eric Clark and wife, Mindy and Chris Clark and wife, Caren, all of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Erika, Nicole, Katie, Ashley, Jason, Tyler, Alexis, Megan, Luke, Jamin, Chanda, Bradley, Sarah, Joel, J.D., Logan, Anne and Brad; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to Donald, Louise was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeff Clark; son-in-law, Larry Blaich; brothers, Ezra Dagley, Norman Dagley, Dwain Dagley and Ransom Dagley; and sister, Lucille Dagley.
Louise graduated in 1949 from Fairland High School.
She formerly worked as a surgery technician at Major Hospital.
Louise was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She enjoyed playing bingo and cards.
Louise also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
