Kenneth Earl Borders, 74, of Morristown passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Cypress Run in Morristown. He was born July 28, 1945, in Indiana, the son of Navy Borders and Zeta Mae (Cowin) Linder. Kenneth is survived by his sons, Brian Borders and wife, Amy, of Morristown, Brent Borders, and Todd Borders and wife, Robin, both of Indianapolis; daughter, Shannon Borders of Indianapolis; brother, Henry; sisters, Linda, Benny and Patti; grandchildren, Brian, Autumn, Avery and Noah; and several nieces and nephews including David Gooding of Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his parents; his aunt and uncle, Annie and Otis Justus, who raised him; and fiance', Susan McClellan. Kenneth graduated from Morristown High School in 1963. He drove a truck for V&S Trucking for many years. Kenneth enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers, wrestling, Nascar, fishing and traveling. He loved Hot Rods. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Pastor David Gooding officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bible Mission Church, 1011 S.
