Kimberly Pleak-Lee, 38, of Shelbyville passed away Saturday, November 24, 2007. Born December 4, 1968 in Franklin, Indiana, she was the daughter of James E. and Mary Ellen (Callahan) Pleak Sr. They also passed away Saturday. Survivors include her daughter, Maureen Lee of Shelbyville; and brother, James Pleak II of Shelbyville. Ms. Pleak-Lee obtained an Indiana State Real Estate license in 2007 and was employed with Marcia Kuhn Real Estate. She previously owned the Liquor Cabinet, Inc. and was a disc jockey for WOOO in 2002 and 2003. She was a literacy tutor and past participant of the Shelby County Literacy Program. Ms. Pleak-Lee graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1987. She was a member of West Street United Methodist Church, Shelby County United Fund, MIBOR and Shelbyville Chamber of Commerce where she served on various committees. Ms. Pleak-Lee enjoyed spending time with her daughter, family and friends, and traveling. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday; and from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 125 E. Broadway St. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St., is entrusted with services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pleak Family Fund, in care of Blue River Community Foundation, 54 W. Broadway St., Suite 1, Shelbyville, IN 46176
