L. Brad Deupree

L. Brad Deupree, 54, of Las Vegas, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 at his residence. He was born October 17, 1959, in Texas, the son of William D. and Darlene (Clark) Deupree. Brad is survived by his sister, Dawn (husband, Keith) Branam of Shelbyville; nieces, Tara (husband, Jeff Kieninger) Branam of Shelbyville and Ashlee (husband, Douglas) Walker of Glendale, Arizona; nephews, Jade Branam of Wilder, Kentucky and Corey (wife, Melissa) Branam of Warsaw; and great nieces and nephews, Kaden, Kali, Alexis, Austin, Madison, Trenton, Adilyn and Trevor. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Todd Deupree and Doug Deupree. Brad graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1977 and from Indiana University in 1981, with a degree in finance. He was formerly of Shelbyville and moved to Las Vegas over 20 years ago. Brad enjoyed playing the piano and loved animals and was always taking in strays. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery.
