Leslie A. Burch, 54, of Manilla passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at her residence.
Born July 29, 1956, in Toms River, New Jersey, she was the daughter of Robert Johnson and Betty (Hoff) Hyatt. She married Gerald Burch on June 22, 1974, and he survives.
Other survivors include her mother of Franklin; son, Brandon (wife, Briana) Burch of Indianapolis; daughters, Heather (husband, P.J.) Vaught of Martinsville and Autumn (husband, Dan) Stone of Indianapolis; brother, Gary Hyatt of Seattle, Washington; sister, Cheryl Hyatt of Indianapolis; and grandchildren, Noah Vaught, Molly Vaught and Grace Vaught.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Mrs. Burch graduated from Triton Central High School in 1974 and received an associate of applied science degree at Ivy Tech.
She had been employed as a secretary at Gallahue Mental Health Facility for seven years and worked part time for Barada Associates in Rushville.
Mrs. Burch was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Shelbyville Ward.
Visitation will be from 11 am to 2 pm, Monday, April 4, 2011 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 114 W. Rampart Road, Shelbyville.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm at the church, with Bishop Gary Fuller officiating and Ray Brewer assisting.
Interment will be in Manilla Cemetery.
