Margaret "Ann" Conner

Margaret "Ann" Rigdon Conner, 62, of Indianapolis, formerly of the Morristown area, passed away Monday, October 11, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove. Born May 30, 1948, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Ralph E. and Myrtle M. "Toots" (Talbert) Rigdon. Survivors include several nieces, nephews and cousins; and close friend, Nellie Gates of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents. Ms. Conner was formerly of the Morristown area. She was a former surgery technician at the Surgery Center of Indianapolis and also worked at St. Francis Hospital of Beech Grove for 30 years, retiring in 2005. She was a member of the Certified Surgical Technicians Association since 1973. A gathering of friends will be held from 10 to 11:30 am Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 am, with Bill Farmer officiating. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery.
