Marian V. Ewing, 90 of Chandler, Arizona passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2007.
Born September 12, 1916 in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Andrew W. and Irene (Sullivan) VanGordon. She married P. Bruce Ewing on November 25, 1942, in Indianapolis, and he preceded her in death on February 23, 1984.
Survivors include her niece, Melinda S. (husband, Jerry Workman of Chandler; nephews, Christopher F. Breedlove of Scottsdale, Arizona, Jeff Breedlove of Mesa, Arizona, Matt Breedlove of Calgary, Canada and Thomas P. Tweet of Phoenix, Arizona; great-nephew, Tyler Andrew Workman; and great-nieces, Katie Workman and Emily Workman.
She also was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Millie J. Breedlove.
Mrs. Ewing was a former Shelbyville resident.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Ewing graduated in 1929 from Shelbyville High School.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in Forest Hill Cemetery.
