Mark Kuhn

Mark Wayne Kuhn, 46 of Shelbyville passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Major Hospital. Born July 13, 1963 in Shelbyville, he was the son of Carl W. and Beulah Inez (True) Kuhn. Survivors include his daughter, Bethany Kuhn; brother, Tim Kuhn; a goddaughter, Elisabeth Beville-McCardle; a godson Billy Beville,Bethany's mother Stephanie Kuhn-Hummell, allof Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Kuhn was a lifelong resident of Shelbyville and graduated in 1981 from Shelbyville High School. He had worked at Crystal Flash for a number of years, then at Kroger for 16 years. Mr. Kuhn had coached high school football at both Shelbyville and North Decatur. He also enjoyed watching sports on television and loved N.E.W. Wrestling, for which he was a bellringer. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ed Mohr officiating. Interment will be in Bennett Cemetery.
