Mary Kay Vaught, 52, of Cable, Ohio, died Monday, July 3, 2006, at the home of her sister.
Born March 14, 1954, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of John Calvin and Callie Marie (Tubbs) Berry Sr. She married Willard ?Will? Vaught on April 9, 1994, and he survives.
Other survivors include one son, Brian (wife, Martina) Heilman of Findley, Ohio; one daughter, Christina Heilman Bash of Findley; one brother, John Calvin Berry Jr. (fiancee, Mert Woodall) of Shelbyville; three sisters, Carol (husband, Steven) Bullard and Judy (husband, Glenn) Purtlebaugh, both of Shelbyville, and Patsy (husband, Jimmy) Fox of Eaton, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Katie Bash, Westley Bash, Gabe Heilman, Luka Heilman and Noah Heilman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Dawn Marie Heilman.
Mrs. Vaught lived most of her life in Shelbyville and recently resided in Cable and Findley.
She worked in retail for many years, retiring from Cooper Tire in Findley in 2001. She also traveled with her husband with his job.
Mrs. Vaught attended the Upper Room Church of God in Findley.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Broadway Street Chapel, 232 W. Broadway St., and from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Victory Fellowship Church of God, 2535 S. Miller St.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the church, with the Rev. Mark Joplin officiating.
Interment will be in Miller Cemetery, Shelby County.
