Nadene Cunningham

Elizabeth Nadene Cunningham, 87, formerly of Waldron passed away Thursday, February 12, 2009, at Clinton House Nursing Home in Frankfort. Born July 19, 1921, in Waldron, she was the daughter of John S. and Gertrude (Elsrod) Cunningham. Survivors include a nephew, John F. (wife, Sharon) Cunningham of Frankfort; great-nieces, Christin L. Jorczak of Noblesville and Cortney A. Cunningham of Indianapolis; a great-nephew, John R. Cunningham of Frankfort; and a great-great-niece, Rebecca L. Jorczak of Noblesville. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Wyborn Cummingham. Miss Cunningham was a longtime resident of Waldron but had resided in Frankfort since 2001. She was a member of Waldron Baptist Church. Miss Cunningham was a homemaker. No visitation is planned. Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Forest Hill Cemetery, 704 Morris Avenue, followed by interment there. Services were entrusted to Carmony-Ewing Chapel of Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. Memorial contributions may be made to Waldron Baptist Church, 112 E.
