Pamela Sue Jack, 53, of Greenfield passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Hancock Regional Hospital Inpatient Hospice.
Born June 6, 1958, in Greenfield, she was the daughter of Archie Joseph and Dorothy (Polston) Neice.
Survivors include her mother of Morristown; fiance', Joe W. Smith of Greenfield; sons, Joshua Scott Schofner of Shelbyville, Dylan Jack and Joseph William Smith II, both of Greenfield; sister, Debi (husband, Jerry) Bennett of Fairland; brother, Michael (fiance', Crystal Stover) Neice of Shelbyville; grandsons, Donovan Schofner and A. J. Tibby; niece, Toni (husband, Ben) Vaught; nephews, Jason (wife, April) Theobald, Austin Theobald, Brandon (wife, Leigh) Meltzer and Nathan (wife, Lisa)Meltzer.
She was preceded in death by her father; and a sister, Kathy Jo Meltzer.
Pamela had been a waitress at the Kopper Kettle Inn, worked as supervisor for the Canteen Corporation at Libbey Owens and was formerly employed in the dietary department at Major Hospital for 10 years.
She was a member of Shiloh Christian Church and American Legion Auxiliary.
Pam loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed watching cooking shows, such as Paula Dean and Rachael Ray. Pam also enjoyed shopping for decoration for the house, and her hobby of photography enabled her to help with church directories.
She attended Morristown High School.
Pam also leaves behind her dog, Snickers and her cat, Tiny.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Fred Girwood officiating.
Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery.
