Peggy Ann Hauk, 84, of Oconomowoc, Wisc., formerly of Morristown, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 in Shelbyville.
She was born February 3, 1932 in Franklin, the daughter of Roy and Blanche (Breedlove) Willey. On July 5, 1952, she married Van L. Hauk, and he preceded her in death on February 22, 2010.
Peggy is survived by her sons, Gregg Hauk and wife, Cindy, of North Olmsted, Ohio, and Jeffery Hauk and wife, Carolyn, of Indianapolis; daughter, Jennifer Kampstra and husband, Todd, of Fergus Falls, Minnesota; sisters, Bonnie Callahan-Abrams and husband, Ron, of Shelbyville, Betty Lollar and husband, Jerry, of Edinburgh, Alice Abbott of Manilla, and Mary Huffman of Waldron; brothers, Bruce Willey, and Rick Willey and wife, Jonnie Gale, both of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Brian Hauk, Brad Hauk and wife, Stephanie, Matthew Hauk and wife, Lindsey, Nicholus Hauk, Steven Hauk, Megan Kampstra and Elizabeth Kampstra; great-grandchildren, Caspian Kampstra, Elius Kampstra, Gavin Hauk, Emery Hauk, Sawyer Hauk and Sofia Sosamon; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; sister, Norma Wagner; and brothers, John Willey, Hershel Willey, Jim Willey and Mark Wayne Willey.
Peggy graduated from Morristown High School in 1950.
She was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Oconomowoc.
Peggy was a teacher’s aide for the Oconomowoc School District for 28 years.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral.
Interment will be at Bennett Cemetery in Shelby County.
