Robert Duane Imel

Robert Duane Imel, 75, of Shelbyville, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at MHP Medical Center in Shelbyville. He was born May 13, 1942, in Fairland. Robert is survived by his sons, Todd Imel of Shelbyville, and Tony Imel of Arizona; three grandchildren, Tasha Brown, Hayley Imel and Tristin Imel; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives. Robert graduated from Fairland High School in 1960. He was formerly a long distance truck driver. Robert was a past member of the Eagles and Moose Lodges. Services have been entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
