Robert Nathean Micheal Dorothy, 1, passed away, Tuesday, August 19, 2008, at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. Born March 23, 2007, in Shelbyville, he was the son of Shawn D. Smothers and Cynthia R. (Dorothy) Gomaz. Survivors include his father of Shelbyville; mother and friend, Ricky Cepeda of Shelbyville; sister, Savannah Barrera of Shelbyville; grandparents, Sherry and chris Holler and Teresa and Jose Sosa, all of Shelbyville, and Melissa Smothers Farless of greensburg; and great-grandparents, Pat and Chester Smothers. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. today at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 1p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Chris Craig officiating.
