Rose Ann Cadieux, 87, of St. Louis, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, at Gardenview Care Center, in St. Louis.
Born April 28, 1918, in Schenectady, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Paul and Justine (Valacovic) Riska. She married Harold J. Cadieux on March 19, 1955, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 26, 1994.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen (husband, Jim) Gissy of Manchester, Mo., and Laurie (husband, Raleigh) Rolston of Avon; one son, David V. Cadieux of Shelbyville; and seven grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Cadieux moved to St. Louis 16 months ago. She previously had lived in Shelbyville since 1954.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Cadieux was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church; St. Ann's Altar Society, serving as treasurer; Elks Ladies Golf Association; Coffee Bowling League; Homemakers Bowling League; and Villager's Homemaker's Club.
She was an avid golfer, bowler and bridge player.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Broadway Chapel, 232 W. Broadway St.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 125 E. Broadway St.
Interment will be in St. Cyril Cemetery, in Schenectady.
