Scott D. Fassold, 55, of Nineveh passed away Monday, August 2, 2021, at his home.
He was born August 14, 1965, in Shelbyville, the son of Huey Fassold and Judith (Clevenger) Rose. On September 7, 1996, he married Vickie Tucker, and she survives.
In addition to Vickie, Scott is survived by his son, Denim Fassold and fiance’, Bethany Marell, of Shelbyville; daughters, Kayla Robison and husband, Adam, of Shelbyville, and Karissa King of Indianapolis; sisters, Beth Cox and husband Merlin, of New Market, and Barbara Beyer and husband, Joe, of Plainfield; brothers, Jack Priest and Chris Platt and wife, Lynn, both of Georgia; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Scott graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1983.
He formerly worked at O’Neal Steel for 29 years, and was currently employed at Salt Creek Golf Course.
Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing.
A gathering of friends will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, August 6, 2021, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
