Terri L. (Conway) Tague

Terri L. (Conway) Tague, 63, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Waldron Health and Rehabilitation in Waldron. She was born February 8, 1953, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Jack E. Conway and Patricia I. (Luther) Spurling. She married Robert L. Tague, Jr., on December 14, 1979, and he preceded her in death on March 12, 2013. Terri is survived by her father of Blue Ridge; daughter, Julie L. Ramirez and husband, Julio, of Lexington, Kentucky; daughters by another mother, Teresa Barrows, Nikki Hatfield, Dawn Isgrigg and Tiffany Byrd; brothers, Donnie Study and significant other, Sherri Franklin, of St. James City, Florida, Mark Conway and wife, Diane, of Ellijay, Georgia, Jeff Conway, Jimmy Conway, and Gary Conway and wife, Penny, all of Shelbyville, and Kent Conway of Blue Ridge; sisters, Jackie Piercy and husband, Terry and Angie Winkler and husband, Tony, both of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Jose Nava, Julie Nava, Jesse Guerrero, Geronimo Guerrero, Daisy Guerrero, Jessica Guerrero and Anna Guerrero; a special aunt, Wilma Longnecker of Rockville; son-in-law, Jose Guerrero of Shelbyville; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her mother. Terri graduated from Greensburg High School. She attended Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Terri was the bar manager for Willie Farkles for 34 years, retiring in 2013. She was a former member of Job’s Daughters. Terri enjoyed collecting unique items. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2016 at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Ronnie Caine officiating. Inurnment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 10 a.m., with a motorcycle procession from the funeral home.
