Terri Sue Ayers, 60, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at Major Hospital. She was born June 1, 1954, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Eddie Wells and Dorothy (Neu) Kaster. Terri is survived by her mother of Shelbyville; son, Greg Harley and wife, Chastity, of Shelbyville; daughter, Leslie Ayers of Shelbyville; sisters: Debbie Ewing and husband, DeP, of Shelbyville; and Dottie Carter and husband, Jim, of Brownsburg; brothers: David Wells and wife, Sandy; Ted Wells and wife, Renae; and Tom Wells, all of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Nicholas Harley, Noah Harley, Courtney Burnside, Levi Burnside, Justin Ayers, Lauren Heaston and Joshua Heaston; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Terri graduated from Shelbyville High School and Indiana Business College. She attended Shelbyville Community Church. Terri was known for her quick smile and ability to make friends. She loved to bake treats for her family and a variety of neighbors over the years. Her hobbies included crafting and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. A gathering of friends and family will be at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
