Victoria Marie "Vickie" Collins

Victoria Marie "Vickie" Collins, 37, of Greenfield passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born October 10, 1970, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Donald R. and Shirley M. (Hanson) Collins. Survivors include her parents of Greenfield; brother, William T. (wife, Catherine Cole) Collins of Shelbyville; sister, Hollyanne (husband, Todd) Forville of Shelbyville; nephews, Austin Collins, Andrew Collins, Aaron Lilge and Bradley Hignite; nieces, Cassandra Donaldson and Bethany Forville; and aunts, uncles and cousins in the Central Indiana area. She was preceded in death by her sister, Carolyn L. Collins; and brother Paul E. Collins. Vickie worked for many years at Shares Inc. in both Greenfield and Shelbyville. She attended Loper and Southwestern elementary schools, Shelbyville Junior High School and graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1989. Vickie was a former member of West Street United Methodist Chruch, Arc of Indiana, Arc of Shelby and Hancock counties, Shelby County Special Olympics, Girl Scouts, Shelbyville Kiwanis Club and Kiwanis Aktion Club of Stuart, Florida. She loved traveling, sharing time with her caring family, listening to music, watching movies and television, and spending time re searching her favorite actors on the internet. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Freeman Family Funeral Homes, Carmony-Ewing Harrison Street Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robb L. Barlow officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
